By accessing or using the ImageFreely website and its client-side toolkit, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Permissible Use and License

We grant you a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use ImageFreely's suite of utilities. Under this license:

• You may use the tools for both personal and commercial business purposes.
• You can process unlimited files without paying subscriptions or licensing fees.
• You agree not to bypass our 50-file bulk processing batch limit using automated script scrapers that would strain client-side browser runtimes or compromise the normal web operation of the service.

3. Local File Execution

You acknowledge that all image operations (including compression, resizing, and conversions) occur strictly locally in your browser Sandbox using WebAssembly and Canvas APIs. It is your responsibility to ensure your device meets the technical capability (such as updated browser engines and active memory sizes) to complete local file tasks.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

ImageFreely is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the optimized images will fulfill specific platform dimensions, target compression qualities, or run without temporal interruptions.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ImageFreely, its creators, or contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data, files, or business profits) arising from your use of or inability to use our tools, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
